What is a Crime Impact Class?
The Crime Impact Class entails a one-time two hour class designed to help offenders
accept responsibility for their criminal actions and understand the impact of crime
on victims.
Who is eligible for the Crime Impact program?
Youths ages 7 and older who committed their crime in Erie County.
How much does the Crime Impact Class cost?
The Crime Impact Class is free of charge for offenders ages 7-15. There is a $60.00
charge for offenders ages 16 and older.
