Safe Home Network
A “safe home network” is a collection of private homes scattered strategically
throughout the community in confidential locations. The safe homes are operated
similar to foster homes where the providers are recruited, carefully screened and
certified. While in the safe home, residents have the opportunity to explore their
options and alternatives, access legal relief, engage in counseling, and begin to
make decisions pertaining to their futures.
